It can meet customer’s production demand for various soft surface: non-woven fabrics, aluminum foil, glass fiber mat, craft paper, etc. Phenolic insulation board is with good flame resistance, low smoke formation ,stable elevated temperature property , non absorbent , thermal insulation, acoustic insulation ,anti-corrosion, good durability.

Heating System
Our heating system heats the chain plate surface only, NOT whole machine. It is more energy saving, higher efficiency, and protecting rolling bearings avoid damage for a longer life-time used.
Hydraulic System
Panel thickness is adjusted by stable hydraulic system, ensure production precise.
Chain Plate
Special strong High-strength weather-resistant steel. With bushing between pin and chain plate, avoid wearing out.Overall welding structure , protect steel unit around it , higher running precise ,longer life. Chain plate edge is sloped on both sides , can avoid bearing damage and pin damage. With the latest upgraded new technology, the chain plate flatness ±0.0.05mm, which is almost negligible. Important guarantee of the final panel flatness ±1mm only
Box – Shape Structure
Main frame of double belt system adopts Box-shape structure pro – cessed with overall heating treatment & stress annealing technique, ensure the stability of structure.
